Olympic lifting class will focus completely on the classic lifts. The intention is to create an environment where the improvement in the snatch and clean & jerk remain the sole purpose. Cycles will remain traditional in nature. Pressing, squatting, pulling and positional strength are of utmost importance and will be emphasized early and often with the goal of preparing individuals for weightlifting competition.

At this time, Olympic lifting classes are offered at our Council Bluffs location only. The class is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 pm.
