Endurance

This class’s main emphasis will be non barbell. Yes, it will focus on traditional monostructural cardio but will not be limited to only running, rowing, biking, jump roping. It will be a fun atmosphere that will try to help athletes increase novice strength and well as lung capacity. It will be basic skills and core strengthening driven as well. Talk about hard exercise. You will not want to miss these classes.

Endurance is only offered at our Council Bluffs location on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings at 6:30 pm.
