We want to offer our clients, YOU, the opportunity to succeed at all costs. Sometimes, this includes extra sessions of personal instruction outside of regular classes. If this is you, we are very excited to continue working with you on a personal level. If any of you are in your first (1) month of classes, we would be delighted to review any movements in the original on-ramp that you think you need more help on (60 minute duration per session).
If any of you are in your second (2nd) month of classes or after, we’ll call it personal training. Personal training should be considered when any athlete desires extensive review and instruction or is not interested in a class atmosphere.
